All teams must check in prior to competing in the tournament.
Please print a copy of your roster in AES, sign and bring to team check-in. You can make changes in AES up until check-in. Once you turn in your roster at check-in, only players and staff listed on the roster are allowed on the court.
Team check-in will be held in the main concourse of the Charlotte Convention Center:
Friday 4:00-8:00 PM and Saturday 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM.
To avoid long lines Saturday morning which may delay you getting to your court on time, we strongly suggest that you complete team check-in on Friday.
At team check-in, you will be issued a wristband for each player and staff member on your roster (this includes Coaches, Chaperones, Team Representatives etc. but each must have a valid USAV number and have an updated background screen). Player and staff wristbands are included as part of the team entry fee. Staff members listed on more than one roster will only receive one wristband for the event. All player and staff wristbands must be picked up at one time by the person checking in the team.
Remember to issue your players a wristband before you ask them to meet you on the court. Players who do not have a wristband will not be allowed downstairs into the playing area.
There will not be a coach’s meeting prior to play.
