Refund Policy 

• Teams on WAITLIST may withdraw and receive a Full Refund of entry fee amount
• Teams PENDING that drop BEFORE 12/1/2025 -- Full Refund of entry fee amount
• Teams PENDING that drop BEFORE 12/16/2025 -- Refunded all but $100 of entry fee amount
• Teams PENDING that drop AFTER 12/16/2025 -- Refunded all but $200 of entry fee amount
• Teams ACCEPTED that drop BEFORE 12/1/2025 -- Full Refund of entry fee amount
• Teams ACCEPTED that drop AFTER 12/1/2025 - NO REFUNDS
