Hotel Registration OPENS - 10/23/25
Hotel Registration Opens Thursday, October 23 at 9a ET
Teams obtaining “Accepted Pending Housing” status will have to be registered in AES and paid. Order of paid registered teams will be based on its AES timestamp. Payments will be accepted via credit card or by check. Checks can be mailed prior to September 15 to be applied to registrations in the timeliest manner. Checks for teams that end up not getting into the tournament will NOT be returned but will be destroyed post-event.

Water fountains are available throughout for the athletes and spectators to fill their personal bottles/containers.
Warm-up balls will be provided at all courts.
Teams/athletes will NOT be allowed to bring their own volleyballs into the venue.
