Recruiting Showcase          Contact Us

Simply register your teams(s) at, print, sign and mail your official entry form along with check for entry fee. Once all teams are accepted, a list of accepted teams will be sent to Visit Charlotte and they will contact your club/team to set up your rooms.

All rooms must be booked through the Visit Charlotte Housing Bureau. We have negotiated the best possible rates for the weekend of the tournament, contracting with major hotels in Charlotte’s Center City and surrounding areas. All center city hotels are within walking distance of the Convention Center. As part of our contract with each hotel, they have agreed that no one can book a better rate at our hotels outside of the contracted room block for Queen City Classic.

Teams who do not book and use rooms within the Visit Charlotte system will be subject to losing their accepted status and may be withdrawn from the tournament.

Clubs/Teams within a 40 mile radius of Charlotte’s Center City are not required to book hotel rooms. However, we reserve the right to limit the number of local teams allowed to participate.

How does Visit Charlotte’s Housing system work?

Once your team has been accepted, your club/team will receive an email from Visit Charlotte with instructions to set up your block. They will then send the club/team a link to forward to parents so they can complete their individual reservations. All individual reservations must be completed through the housing link provided by Visit Charlotte no later than Monday, January 13th, 2020. Rooms not secured by the deadline will be released from the block and returned to the hotel's inventory.

There are a limited number of rooms with two double beds in Charlotte’s Center City. We kindly ask that if you can use a King room or a King with sleeper sofa, that you do so. This will leave the double bed rooms available to larger families.
